REPORT OF SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS
If a licensee has knowledge that another person may be in violation of, or has violated, any of the statutes or regulations administered by the board, the licensee shall report this information to the board in writing and shall cooperate with the board in furnishing information or assistance as may be required.

LICENSEE REPORTING
Information required to be disclosed by any person issued a license to practice respiratory care, whether that license is valid or invalid, as provided in Section 3758.5 of the B&PC shall be disclosed to the board within 10 calendar days from the date the person knows or should have reasonably known of a violation or probable violation has occurred.
